[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

This Friday at 5:00 pm is the deadline for registering for the OSPA/LARS Leave Reports Class on May 12, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the SFMS Conference Room, Executive Building, 155 Cottage St. NE, Salem.

The class is seminar-style. We will look at sample reports, analyze what happened, and decide if we would need to adjust, pay-off, etc. any leave balances. The reports include Leave Accrual Register, Leave Accrual-Adjustments and Transfers, Leave Adjustments Made to Closed Periods, Lost Leave Accrual CT Balance, Exempt Employees with Comp Time Balances, and Terminated Employees Having Leave Balances.
