Subject: PEBB Agency Update - OSPS Employee ID Changes
Importance: High
Good afternoon!
We will be making a system change this afternoon to use the Employee ID
number on all communications to OSPA. To update the PDB system and the
OSPA system we need all users to log out of the system at 4:00 p.m.
today. There are two steps we need to take to make this change:
1. Update PDB
2. Update OSPA
The PDB update will take approximately 15 minutes. We will send you an
email to let you know when the system is ready to use. The OSPA will be
updated right after the PDB system change is completed. To ensure all
transactions are processed correctly in the OSPA system after the
change, the PDB to OSPA communication will close at approximately 4:15
p.m. today. The PDB to OSPA communication will be up and running at its
regular time tomorrow morning. All transactions you process after PDB is
up and running will be kept in PDB and will be sent to OSPA early
tomorrow morning. The OSPS rejections alert will show the Employee ID
number when the changes are implemented.
If you have any questions about this change, please let me know. Bye!
