[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

For those of you who are planning to attend the Electronic Reports
Informational Meeting tomorrow via iLinc, we have learned today that we
cannot display the secure website through iLinc. We will still offer the
session (see the link below). You will have audio through a telephone
conference call and we can transfer electronic handouts to you. This
will still give you the opportunity to hear any discussion among
participants, the instructions for viewing and saving reports, and the
plans for future phases.

 

If you are outside the Salem area and would like an individual walk

Session 1


August 3, 2010 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

This session recommended for Agencies 10000 through 41500 *

 

*      This session provides remote access through iLinc and a telephone
conference call for any agencies or field staff outside of the Salem
area.  Join the session on August 3  through this link:
https://oregon.ilinc.com/join/tvjkhxc . When you join the iLinc session,
you will receive a telephone number to call and the pass code.

August 5, 2010 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

This session recommended for Agencies 42300 through 91400 *

 

Both meetings will be held at DAS West, 155 Cottage Street NE in
Conference Room A on 2nd Floor.
