OSPS E-News ~ Charitable Fund Drive Donations Uploaded

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

As a service to state agencies, we have uploaded the payroll donation
deductions that employees have authorized for this year's Charitable
Fund Drive.

Donations are for the 2011 tax year, and run from pay period ending
12/31/10 through 11/30/11.

Look on your agency report screen, Quarterly and Yearly Run reports
menu, for a list of uploaded activity.  You'll see two series of CFD
reports.  The ones with "MTH" in the title are ongoing monthly
deductions.  The ones with "ONE" in the title are one-time deductions,
taken from the December pay period.

If you need to make adjustments, you can do so by hand.  Please contact
us if you need assistance.

We hope that this service saves you some much-needed time as you work
toward a clean year-end payroll.  Thanks.
