Hopefully, this week's OSPS Users' Forum is already on your calendar. It will be Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm (NEW TIME) in the Mt. During introductions, Aaron Wallace, Datamart Support Analyst, Statewide Accounting and Reporting Services Section, State Controller's Division, Department of Administrative Services, will introduce himself and respond to any datamart questions. 

Cindy Forest, Senior State HR Consultant, HR Management and Consultation Section, Human Resource Services Division, Department of Administrative Services will give a heads up on the state's implementation of the Oregon Military Family Leave Act (OMFLA). The 2009 Legislature adopted HB2744 (ORS 659A.090 to 659A.099). BOLI has amended the OFLA Administrative Rules to include OMFLA (OAR 839-009-0370 to 839-009-0460). Also, bring any questions you may have about prior changes to OFLA / FMLA.

Deb Bogart, Senior Risk Control Consultant, Risk Management Section, State Services Division, Department of Administrative Services will walk through the SAIF Claim process. Bring your process and leave related questions.
