Attention! HRMC is pleased to offer two classes in Family and Medical
Leave training; Beginner and Advanced! 

Class 1: Family and Medical Leave for Beginners June 14, 2010
8:30-12:00

The beginner class is primarily for employees of human resource and
payroll or others who administer Family and Medical leave for Oregon
state government. However, other state government employees who are
interested in learning more about Family and Medical leave may attend.
The beginner class covers the basics of eligibility, FMLA and OFLA leave
types, entitlement, insurance coverage, and other rights and
responsibilities.

 

Class 2: Advanced Family and Medical Leave  June 14, 2010  1:00-4:30 

This class is not for beginners. The target audience members are
employees of human resource, payroll or others who administer Family and
Medical leave for a state agency. Family and Medical leave basics will
not be covered. The class will focus on the newest leave laws and how
they intersect with existing FMLA and OFLA leave-types.

 

LOCATION FOR BOTH CLASSES: Veteran's Building Auditorium, 700 Summer St
NE, Salem OR
