OSPS E-News ~ Payroll Assistance Needed for ODFW

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for some temporary
assistance in their payroll office.  Attached are position descriptions
with duties and desired competencies for an OS2 and an Accounting Tech
3.  Please contact Sandra Fixsen with questions, if you have an
interesting filling in for them or  if you can share staff resources on

Attached is the duties page from an Acct Tech 3 position description and
an Office Specialist 2 position.  For the Acct Tech 3 position, I hope
to find someone with extensive knowledge of the system to be able to
come in and assist our Payroll section that requires minimal training.
For the Office Specialist 2 position, I just need someone with OSPS
experience to help verify information and assist with filing duties and
such.  We are a small section, with only 3 positions (one OS2 and two
Acct Tech 3's).

 

Our OS2 position is being vacated on 9/10 and one of the Acct Tech 3's
is on leave through 9/13.  As you know this is a critical time period,
which is why I am looking for someone with OSPS experience.
