OSPS E-News ~ Clarification -- Authorized Signatures Review Approaching

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

We need to clarify our original e-news about the approaching authorized
signatures review. If your list of authorized signatures will not
change, please do not e-mail the Help Desk until after we e-mail the
list in mid-August.  If, at that time, there are no changes to the list
attached to the e-mail, forward the e-mail with the list attached to the
OSPS.Help at state.or.us with a note that there are no changes.   Your
reply must include the mid-August e-mail in its entirety so we can
document your approval of the list as distributed.

 

We apologize for the confusion.

It's approaching that time of year again when we solicit updates to and
confirmations for people who are authorized to sign check requests for
your agency.

 

We will be sending out your review list and instructions by mid-August.

 

Want to get started now and avoid the rush?  Here's the Oregon
Accounting Manual form to update your agency information:

not have changes to your current authorized signatures, just e-mail the
OSPS.Help at state.or.us and tell them no changes.
