OSPS E-News ~ August Mandatory Furlough for Some CBA's

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Just a heads up -- There are some collective bargaining units that have
negotiated to take an August mandatory furlough closure day, rather than
the closure day planned for September.  OSPS is not able to
retroactively program the August pay period to "forecast" an August
furlough date in OSPA.  Agencies that will be participating in this
August closure date will need to manage this manually in the same manner
that the "floating furlough" days are entered in OSPA.
