OSPS E-News ~ OSPS Fax Lines are Down

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Both of the fax machines on the third floor of our building are
currently down. Voices Services has been called. In the meantime, to
ensure that you meet the manual check deadline, please scan the P370
requests and e-mail them to OSPS.Help at state.or.us. Just a reminder,
because e-mail is not secure, please make sure the screen print does not
include SSN's (use the OR#) or account numbers.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as the
fax machines are working.
