E497 		QUARTERLY EMPLOYEES WITH NON-BLANK WAIVER CODES
XREF#10-A 	QUARTERLY FICA MAG-FILE DETAIL NOTE OF IRREGULARITIES
XREF16 	QUARTERLY REGULAR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR CURRENT EMPLOYEES
XREF17 	QUARTERLY REGULAR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR TERMINATED EMPLOYEES

These reports will remain available on the website until the next set of
quarterly reports are produced on September 13, 2011.
