OSPS E-News ~ Updates to the OSPA Reference Manual

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Today's updates to the OSPS On-line Resources included two significant
changes to the OSPA Reference Manual:

*         The PEBB Handbook now includes 2011 Plan Year information. We
also expanded the information on the entries for adjusting and forcing
opt out.

*         We added a new handbook on Income Taxes

 

The Income Tax handbook brings together and updates the information in
the following Recommended Practices:

Corrected W-2's

Foreign Nationals

Expense Reimbursements and Fringe Benefits

Withholding

 

It also adds entry guides for:

W-4 Withholding Information on the P010 screen

Mandatory Withholding on the P010 screen

Entering and Adjusting Expense Reimbursements and Fringe Benefits on the
P050 screen
