US Bank has notified OST that they have received calls from some debit cardholders notifying them that their balances have been impacted by the VISA outage. As a result of transaction attempts during the outage, a cardholder's balance may be reserved showing multiple holds for each attempted transaction. Because of this, an agency may receive a call from an impacted cardholder regarding postings to their account during the outage that the agency may not have record of on their system. If you have a customer that is impacted by a transaction that was attempted during the outage, please contact Kim Buckout at 503-378-2409 or Brady Coy at 503-378-2457 so that we can report the issue to US Bank on your behalf. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
