You may have sent e-mails to OSPS staff and had them returned as undeliverable.  DAS IT staff updated our internal e-mail structure last Friday night to reflect our new organization structure.  To ensure e-mails reach us, select the address from the Global Address List the first time you e-mail an OSPS staff member.
