[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good Morning,

OSPS has added a new report that displays copies of employee pay and check stubs to our PDF Agency reports menu.  The PDF menu will maintain a rolling 12 months of this new report.

To access the new report, go to the Pay Stub/Check menu and select the pay period and payroll run you wish to view.  You will be able to select and view checks/stubs beginning with April Run 1 (2012).  The new PayStub/Check report will allow you to search for an employee record and print a copy of the pay check/stub record for the employee.
