OSPS E-News ~ Employee Separations in OSPA Class Deadline

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

If you are planning to attend the Employee Separations in OSPA class on July 11, 2012, please register in iLearnOregon<https://ilearn.oregon.gov/Kview/CustomCodeBehind/Base/Login/Login.aspx> by July 6 at 5:00 pm. The class will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in the DAS computer lab, 1225 Ferry St. SE, Salem. We will follow the process described in the Recommended Practice on Separating Employees<http://oregon.gov/DAS/SCD/OSPS/docs/pubs/practice/practiceseparations.pdf>. Students will have the opportunity to make entries in OSPA.

As a reminder, OSPS charges a $50.00 fee when a student is registered for an OSPS class conducted in a computer lab and does not cancel 48 hours prior to the class or send a substitute.
