Hello all,

Just an FYI, we will be running the "No HA" defaults today in PDB for those members who have a HEM effective date of 7/1/12, which Health Assessments were due by 8/15/12. This will be effective in PDB 10/1/12.

We will also be running the "No EL" defaults today in PDB for those members who have an HEM effective date of 2/1/12, which the E-Lessons were due by 8/15/12. This will be effective in PDB 10/1/12.

OUS - will receive these changes in the daily file on Friday morning.

OSPS - no action required. PEBB will work with payroll agencies to correct any rejected records, if any.

BHS - will receive these changes in the weekly file.

PEBB will be working on correcting any "Dual" PEBB covered members affected by this default. We will also send agency payrolls a list of any members that will have an Imputed Value requirement.

A quick number for you, the overall default numbers per plan are as follows:

1.    Kaiser NO HA = 28 members

2.    Kaiser NO EL = 22 members

3.    Providence NO HA = 216 members

4.    Providence NO EL = 114 members

I will be breaking down these numbers by payroll center and will send you a list of your affected members if you would like.
