OSPS E-News ~ Deferred Comp Transactions

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good afternoon,

This past month the PERS Deferred Compensation vendor, ING, made changes to the interface file for the deferred compensation deduction and also created a new interface file for the Roth IRA program.  Due to these changes and the required testing, they were not able to transmit the data for September posting until after August Run 2 preliminary.  OSPS opted to wait until after August Final Run 2 and Leave to bring these interfaced transactions into OSPA.

We will load the PERS Deferred Compensation and the new Roth IRA deduction files into OSPA production tonight.  They will add, change or delete deferred comp (DCNN) and Roth IRA (RTNN) deductions for 9/30/12 pay period on the P070.
