[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

The Chief Human Resource Office in concert with Statewide Payroll is offering a ½ day class in Family and Medical Leave Administration. The class is open to Payroll, Human Resource and other staff who administer family and medical leave. You must register in i-learn to attend the class, at: https://ilearn.oregon.gov/Kview/CustomCodeBehind/Base/Login/Login.aspx

This class covers both basic and complex Federal Family Leave Act (FMLA) and Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) administration and issues, including new federal FMLA interpretations and upcoming changes to OFLA law.

Four sessions will be offered: Friday, 9/06/13 from 1:4:30 p.m.; Tuesday 10/08/13, from 8:30-12 noon;
Tuesday 10/08/13, from 1-4:30 p.m.; and Thursday 10/10/13, from 1-4:30 p.m.
