Hello,

PEBB identified 560 members who may or may not have intended to cancel an Optional life coverage during Open Enrollment ending 12/31/12.

PEBB is working directly with members to contact them and find out if the cancellation of the optional life coverage was an error. PEBB will communicate with agencies if a member has approved the optional life reinstatement. This approval will go retro to 1/1/13 and a premium adjustment will be required.

Once we have a complete list of your members, we will forward you the list so you are aware of who was reinstated retro to 1/1/13 so the appropriate adjustments can be made. The members are aware that they will need to retro pay the premiums up to current status.
