OSPS E-News ~ Frequently Used Screens Class Deadline

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

To Payroll Professionals,

If you are planning to attend the Frequently Used Screens in OSPA class and have not yet registered, please do so in iLearnOregon, http://go.usa.gov/4ukP  by 5:00 pm on February 27.

The class is March 4, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, in the DAS Computer Lab, Mt. Hood Room, General Services Building, 1225 Ferry St. SE, Salem.

This is a hands-on class and requires a current userid and password for OSPA. We will look at details on the PTB1, PTB2, PTD1, PTD2, PTD3, PTW1, time entry screens, P010, P030, P032, P090, P160, P191, and P430 as they relate to job status, time entry, PEBB, PERS and taxes.

Just a reminder that FBS charges a $50.00 no show fee if a student registers for a class and does not attend, send a substitute or cancel 48 hours prior to class.
