[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

As part of the ePaystub program, our direct deposit form has received a makeover.  This form now includes the necessary disclosures for participating in the ePaystub program, and provides an avenue for opting out.  Please begin using this form version and replace any existing printed stock.

This form is in the same location as the prior form, so if you have it bookmarked you don't need to update your link.
