It's the 'STATUS' field. This field will populate for all XDNN entries. There are three codes: X = Entry date. This code will appear when a new ACH or a new Account number is entered. So if you overwrite an account number it will trigger the Pre-note process. This will happen no matter what pay period you enter the new or changed ACH information. The Pre-note process is based off of the transaction date. P = Pre-note. The next business day the 'STATUS' field should now show a 'P'. That means the entry from the P070 was picked up in our daily Pre-note file sent to Treasury. V = Verified. After 8 banking days from the 'X' status date the field will update to a 'V'. That allows the Pre-note file to stay in compliance with NACHA rules. If you have a new employee and get their direct deposit information entered by November 12th then they will be verified by November 22nd (November Run 1) and get direct deposit on November 29th. For everyone who had a Direct Deposit entered prior to October Run 1 then it should be showing a 'V'. If you have any questions about this or anything else please contact the Help Desk at 503.378.6777 '0' or by email osps.help at state.or.us. A browser is a program like Internet Explorer or Firefox. We are including a small reminder tag that can be printed and attached to the kiosk monitor so that employees will remember to shut down the browser after they are using it. Shutting down the browser after using ePaystub is the only reliable way to make sure that an employee's information stays private. Thank you for your support with this. I was able to review, update, and load these files to the 'Repository'. I highly recommend you check them out. New File list: OSPS - XREF96 - This is a representation of the XREF96 - Cost Distribution report. It's a report that shows how payroll costs are allocated to the different object codes. OSPS -Time And Leave Balances - This is an upgrade and replacement to the previous 'OSPS - Monthly Timesheet' Repository file. There are two queries within the file and they provide a timesheet by employee, as well as, leave balance information for a pay period. OSPS - FMLA/OFLA Hrs Used - This is an upgrade and replacement to the previous 'OSPS - Payroll FMLA' Repository file. This file returns FMLA/OFLA hours used within a 12-month rolling period. OSPS - VOE - This file provides a salary breakdown for 'Verification of Employment' requests. The file's two queries provide a full view of the Datamart. OSPS - OSHA 300 - This file is used to provide counts to HR for annual OSHA report. OSPS - LAR Report - This file, if run monthly, will provide 'Leave Accrual Report' data for managers in a spreadsheet format. OSPS - PERS LWOP Report - This file provides what hours are used and how much money is paid for a month when PERS requests salary breakdowns. As you may have noticed, I only received queries from OSPS users. However, I would love to see more files come in, especially from RSTARS users. Please send in any queries/files you think could help. Even if you are not 100% sure they are the best queries, I am willing to work on them for you and make sure they are of the highest standards. Together we can create a great product for many users to enjoy.
