[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

OSPS has updated our direct deposit template to coincide with the upcoming paperless paystub date of November 29th and the Daily Pre-Note process.  This daily pre-note process allows for all new and certain changes (ie - account numbers) to direct deposits to be sent over to Treasury each day.  The turnaround time is 8 (eight) banking days, so almost two weeks for a pre-note to become valid.  That means if you create a new direct deposit on the P070 by November 13th that person should get a direct deposit on November 29th.
