Good morning,



OSPS has identified a few online sources for purchasing W-2 envelopes that will fit the OSPA printed 2013 W-2 format.  Most offer discounts for volume purchases and some for return customer ordering.  You should use the envelope criteria noted below if purchasing envelopes through another source.



2013 W-2 envelope criteria:



        Double Window Envelope (Upper left/Lower right) for 4-Up W-2 and 1099-R forms (5 5/8 inches x 9 inches)
