OSPS E-News ~ New Security Screen and Sign On Changes

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Tonight, April 3, 2014, OSPS is migrating a new security screen, a new parameter screen and also modifying the login process to OSPA.  The part that will impact all of you is the login change.  The login process changes after entering RACF ID and your password and then typing "PUIS #####" ('#' being your agency number).  The final step is to enter your RACF ID again.  Tomorrow you will no longer need to type in your RACF ID the second time.

Now while the impact of these changes may seem minimal right now we are taking the first step on a journey to bring about screen-by-screen security that is similar to how SFMS security access is managed.  We will share more information at the April forum.
