The updated OAM 45.50.00 Collection of Overpayment has completed all due process requirements and is now posted in its final form on our website<http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/Pages/oam_toc.aspx#Chapter_45___Payroll>.  This OAM was out for comment from May 16 through May 30.
