I wanted to pass along a few nice updates within the OSPS Datamart, which updated last night.


1-     We have altered the 'Auth Number' field within the 'OSPS Js Lab Adj' Datamart tables to show as 'Authno'. This alteration creates a consistency with the other tables/systems in the Datamart. This change does not affect the data within this column; however, users must complete a 'Sync with Database' operation for the changes to take effect on queries created before this date.

2-     Added a new field called 'Authno' to the OSPS_LABOR_COST tables.

3-     Added a new field called 'Authno' to the OSPS_LV_ACCRUAL tables.

4-     Added a new field called 'Routing Num' to the OSPS_DED tables.

Items two through four will be populated with data starting with the load on June 10, which is for the 'May' Pay Period End run. The three new columns will show blank data for months prior to this date.


Note: To complete a 'Sync with Database' operation, you click on the 'query' section, then select the 'DataModel' menu and finally select 'Sync with Database' (if you are not logged into the Datamart, it will request you log into an oce).
