OSPS E-News ~ FW: PEBB to OSPA Interface Turning Off Tonight

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Update 11/13/14:  This is a reminder that tonight the PEBB interface will be turned off.  OSPS is finishing up testing of PEBB changes.  Once PEBB has approved of the changes OSPS will load them into production.  These changes include all the new deduction codes too.  After the changes have been put into production the PEBB interface will be turned back on.

OSPS will send an eNews out when the interface is up and the new deduction codes are ready for use.

Update:  After discussion with PEBB and a change in their timeline.  The PEBB interface will NOT be shutting down tonight.  A week from today is the new scheduled shut down date.

Payroll Professionals,

Tonight the PEBB interface will be turned off.  Due to Open Enrollment and PEBB changes the interface will be down until further notice.  OSPS is working with PEBB currently to keep this downtime to a minimum.  Once testing of the PEBB changes is complete and signed off by PEBB then the Open Enrollment transactions can start coming through the interface.

OSPS will let you know when the interface is back up again.
