The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is federal health care legislation requiring most Americans to maintain minimal essential health insurance coverage. The State of Oregon as an "applicable large employer" is required to offer employees who have a certain number of paid hours and their eligible dependents an opportunity to enroll in a PEBB health plan.
The Chief Human Resource Office in collaboration with the Public Employee Benefit Board and Oregon State Payroll Services will be presenting four consulting sessions on the ACA. The sessions are geared toward agency HR and Payroll staff who will be tasked with understanding, tracking and managing this new law. It is vitally important for HR and Payroll Technician's to attend or view one of the sessions.

The sessions will be held at the Veterans' Auditorium on the following dates & times:
December 1, 2014 2pm-4pm
December 3, 2014 9am-11am
