Good morning,



OSPS has identified a few online sources for purchasing W-2 envelopes that will fit the OSPA printed 2014 W-2 format.  Most offer discounts for volume purchases and some for return customer ordering.  You should use the envelope criteria noted below if purchasing envelopes through another source.



2014 W-2 envelope criteria:
