[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

Our regular Help Desk staff are out today.  Also the staff that provide backup to the Help Desk are out this morning so be sure to use the Help Desk telephone number (503-378-6777 option 0) or the Help Desk email account (OSPS.Help at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.Help at oregon.gov>) to request assistance.   Remaining staff will monitor these and respond as quickly as possible.

Manual check request processing will be limited to termination and emergency check requests only.  All others will be held until tomorrow.  Please clearly mark manual check requests that are due to a termination.  If the check request has any other urgent need please include the reason (i.e. CBA pay advance.)

We apologize for any delay or inconvenience this may create in your work flow today.
