[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,



Year End Close reminders, November Run 2 final (12/9/15):



*         Last day you can set a corrective for 2015 for any month except November.



*         Last day you can reverse a paycheck for any month except November.



*         Last day for a system check to have a 2015 date.





Beginning Wednesday, 12/10/15:



*         You cannot reverse ACH deposits for any month except November



*         Corrections for months prior to November must be summarized and entered into November only.  Use P190 to set the required corrective flag.



*         December terminations who also need prior-month corrections need to have corrected info moved to December (cannot set a corrective flag



*         You must request a manual check if you want the check to have a 2015 date.
