Hello Payroll Professionals

Just a few quick reminders about timelines this week.

Last day for ACH Stops
The last day for ACH stops for December paid January 1 is Wednesday December 30 at 10:15am.  If the ACH stop is not received prior to the deadline, the direct deposit will go through and the wages will be part of 2016 income.

Last Day for 2015 Wages Paid
Just a quick reminder that Thursday is the last day to pay wages to an employee and have it counted as 2015 wages.  If you want a manual check, please get them here by Wednesday December 30.

After Wednesday, new wages paid to an employee are part of 2016 income.

Addresses for W-2s
Please work with personnel to ensure all address changes for former or current employees are updated in the PPDB as of 1/15/16.

Addresses that print on W-2s come from the PPDB as of the day of printing.
