Hello,

We have been experiencing issues with our primary fax line (503-378-3518) today.  It appears to be working now, but if you are having issues please feel free to use our secondary line (503-378-2901).

IMPORTANT: If you faxed documents to OSPS prior to 9:45 am today, please RE-FAX them, as WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM.
