OSPS E-News ~ Pay Code Change LG to LOG

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

All,

Please be aware that OSPS has changed the LG code (Unpaid leave while employee receives Worker's Compensation payments) to LOG.  This is to lineup up the logic of the third character being the special designator (ie...VA2, SL3, HO1) and this will help pull data from the Datamart more efficiently.

The change was to all benefit packages and the LOG code is effective March 2015 forward.  So if you are making corrections to December, January or February you would use the LG code.
