OSPS E-News ~ November Run 1 Payroll Date Changes

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

OSPS is moving November Run 1 dates back due to the new Day after Thanksgiving holiday implemented through collective bargaining and the Governor's 2015-2016 unrepresented/management service package.

Please note the following changes to the November 2015 payroll run schedule:

>       Prelim run 1 is moved to Thursday, November 19th.
o       Exception Reports will be available on Friday, November 20th.
>       Final run 1 is moved to Monday, November 23rd.
o       ACH stops are due by 10:15am Wednesday, November 25th.
>       New Holiday for State of Oregon Employees on Friday, November 27th.
o       The Department of Administrative Services will be closed this day.
