[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good afternoon,

ePayroll is improving.  The website will be down Wednesday, April 13th (tomorrow) from 8am to 1pm in order to make updates and improvements to the application.

This means for all employees, including ePayroll Administrators, they will not have access to their paystubs or time entry during this timeframe.  Once the update is complete, the employee login web address will remain the same, however the admin login web address will change to https://apps.das.state.or.us/ePayrollAdmin/.

Attached is communication we have pushed out to the ePayroll website, login page and to DAS' intranet to spread the word on this upcoming change.  Feel free to use it to let your employees know of the changes coming and/or modify it to meet your agency specific needs.

One of the new features is a landing page where an employee will be able to see statewide messages and agency specific messages.  For agency specific messages think of back of your paystub type of messages.  For example, "Open Enrollment is coming soon!"  OR  "(insert agency name) is holding a Charitable Fund Drive event (insert time and place.)"

The process to post a message on the landing page for your agency is...

1)     Have your payroll manager email your message here:  OSPS.ePaystub at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.ePaystub at oregon.gov>

2)     Subject Line:  Agency#, ePayroll Message

3)     Start by listing the Start Date and Stop Date.  Example,  Start: 05/01/16 and Stop: 05/31/16.

4)     Your agency specific message.  (This is a text box only but allows Hyperlinks.  No attachments or pictures.)

The current agency specific message will be:

Welcome state employee!
