[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

The OSPS Help Desk line is fully functional again.  Certain OSPS staff are still in a transition from the old phone to their new phone and are unable to receive phone calls at this time.  Your best avenue for reaching OSPS today is by email.

The biggest obstacle is both fax lines available to OSPS are not functioning currently.  We do not have an estimate as to when this will be fixed.  Please scan and email manual check requests to the OSPS Help Desk.  Remember no SSNs on your requests.

ACH Stops - email your forms into the OSPS Help Desk.  Please remove all banking information on the forms prior to sending them in.

Finally, a reminder that ePayroll is down from 8am to 1pm today.  When it comes back up the ePayroll Admin site will have a new url:  https://apps.das.state.or.us/ePayrollAdmin/.  The ePayroll employee site will not change.
