[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

OSPS in conjunction with DAS-CHRO will be providing training on August 16 and September 14 regarding the employee paid PERS 6% pick-up for SEIU represented employees.  There will be a morning and an afternoon session available on both days. The purpose of the training is to identify the processes within HR and Payroll that will be affected by this change.  These processes include, but not limited to, recruitments, job offers, PERS status checks, transfers between agencies and changes in representation.

Based on the processes mentioned above please pass this along to any appropriate groups within your agency.  There are groups outside HR and payroll who will be affected by this change and are welcome/encouraged to attend too.
