OSPS E-News ~ AccelaPay and Focus Card Update

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Starting today the AccelaPay card is no longer active.  If an employee wants to pull money off of their card they can call US Bank using the number on the back of their card.

Attached is a one page document that all payroll offices can use as a Focus Card cheat sheet.  It includes card information, the Focus Card website and helpline number.

If an employee has lost their card the employee should call the Focus Card helpline number to report their card as lost.

If an employee has never received a Focus Card agency payroll offices should contact OSPS.

Finally, OSPS has added a step on our side when setting up a Focus card.  Once you fax in a Pay Card Authorization Form you should receive an email confirming the employee has been setup within a business day from OSPS.  If you do not receive an email please call the OSPS Help Desk.  Please make sure Section E of the form is completed so OSPS knows who to send the email confirmation to.
