[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Tonight, PPDB will run their job to perform a mass update which will split out the SEIU benefit packages to the new REPR and benefit packages based on the different SEIU coalitions.  Attached is a copy of the new REPR and benefit packages codes for your reference.  OSPA will reflect this update tomorrow.

As a result of the mass update, PDB will do a term and re-enroll for all SEIU represented employees.  The records in PDB will reflect a start date of 10/1/2016 for benefit coverage.  OSPS will also run a job to outdate PEBB transactions in OSPA with an end date of 08/31/16 and a start date of 9/30/2016 in order for records in PDB and OSPA to match.

To help with this process, at 5pm tomorrow, the PDB System as well as the interface between PDB and OSPA will be shut down.  It will be brought back up Thursday morning once records have been reviewed.  You will receive an email once PDB/OSPA are back up and running.
