[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

Just a reminder that OSPS will have limited resources available today. Please use the Help Desk telephone number (503-378-6777 option 0) or the Help Desk email account (OSPS.Help at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.Help at oregon.gov>) to request assistance.   Staff will monitor these and respond as quickly as possible.

Today's manual check requests will be prioritized with termination and emergency check requests being the highest (such as a pay advance).  Others will be processed as time allows or will be held until the next business day.  Please clearly mark the reason for the manual check request.

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Monday August 21, OSPS will have limited staff in the office and those planning to come in might have difficulty getting into work.  DAS OSPS is asking agencies to send any manual check requests you are aware of into us this week.

As a reminder, please use the Help Desk telephone number (503-378-6777 option 0) or the Help Desk email account (OSPS.Help at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.Help at oregon.gov>) to request assistance.   Remaining staff will monitor these and respond as quickly as possible.
