Because the changes being made are for specific employees, that cannot be part of the mass update.  You would need to email the request to the PPDB group to update those ones highlighted in yellow.

We will go ahead and process the biennium change for all agency 10700 employees and then this request can be submitted to the PPDB group to run a job to update these.
