[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

UPDATE:  The 'system' auto locks have been removed from production.  An erroneous date was found and a permanent fix is being worked on.  Tomorrow night the system will auto lock again on the actual final run 2 date.

We are aware the system auto locked timesheets in ePayroll last night; the correct date for the auto lock process is the evening of final run 2 which would be tomorrow night.

We are looking into why this occurred and will let you know as soon as we have an answer.
