[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

Yesterday the PEBB 2018 rates were updated in OSPA on the PTD2 screen.  One thing you will notice is the new rates include a negative PEBB admin fee.  There is no change to how forced insurances are entered on the P070 screen, other than the PEBB admin fee would be a negative amount.

We have also loaded the 2018 domestic partner and insurance forced entry worksheets.  These can be found online at http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Payroll/Pages/processingtools.aspx

Here is the current plan this week for PEBB open enrollment:

*         Tonight all PEBB related codes on the P070 & P050 will be outdated with an effective 11/30/17 date.

*         Thursday late afternoon the PEBB to OSPA interface will be turned off and will come back up Monday morning.

*         This weekend OSPS will load all open enrollment data with an effective date of 12/31/17 and end date of 999999.
