[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

At this time DAS IT believe they have fixed the first 2 issues on the list. Employees should no longer be experiencing connection issues and the format for the printed version of employee paystubs and timesheets have been corrected.

If you experience anyone with connection issues, please send the link they are using along with the browser to the OSPS Helpdesk and we can get them routed to the appropriate party.

DAS IT is still working on the other issues listed as well as some that are not.

Payroll Professionals,

Here are the most common issues OSPS has sent over to DAS IT for ePayroll V3.


-       The firewall for the server that holds ePayroll is causing connectivity issues.  This is the top priority.

-       The layout for paystubs and timesheets is wrong.

-       Some managers are not seeing their groups on the approval screen.

-       Labor cost and approval reports for September have incorrect data.

Please continue to email the OSPS Help Desk with a screen shot of the error and the web browser being used.  We ask for your patience as we work with DAS IT to resolve these issues.
