OSPS E-News ~ ePayroll V3 - connection troubleshooting

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

OSPS met with DAS IT to help get guidance on some connection issues.  They are working on a solution but until then they had some suggestions.

The following are two examples of errors users are experiencing.

*         Bad Request - Request Too Long, HTTP Error 400.  The size of the request headers is too long.

*         Unauthorized client

Please make sure you are using the following links to access ePayroll.

ePayroll Login - https://home.dasapp.oregon.gov/
Employee Module login - https://epayroll.dasapp.oregon.gov/
Admin Module login - https://epayrolladmin.dasapp.state.or.us/

Other suggestions:

1)      If you have a bookmark/favorite on your web browser (ie - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox are the three most popular) to the old website please delete and add one or more of these links.

2)      If you have a shortcut on your desktop you need to delete and add a new one with a new link.

3)      If your agency's intranet has a link please contact your IT department to update the link.
