[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

OSPS has added a new pay code for non-cash payment for taxable employee moving expense, MVU.  Payments can be  made directly to vendors through the Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA).  If paid through SFMA, the agency payroll office enters MVU, in OSPA, to make the payment taxable to the employee.

We have added the new code to benefit package XX only.  If your agency has additional benefit packages that require MVU, please submit a Code Request form (OSPS.99.27)  to the help desk.
