Good Afternoon,

A mass update implementing the supervisory organization and work location codes for current employees will be processed into PPDB the evening of February 14, 2018. We originally had planned to implement the repurposed fields and codes in January, but due to additional data cleanup on these codes, we had to postpone the implementation at that time; we appreciated your patience and understanding in the delay of that implementation.

Attached, is the document that was originally send out to agencies in January outlining the process; a few changes to this document were made and are noted in red. All agencies will receive a list of their valid organization and work location codes by February 14. Please refer to the list of these codes when processing specific personnel actions (PA) codes that will require this information to be keyed; the attached document also indicates the revised PA codes that will require the organization and work location codes in order to complete the action.
